The Stamen Flats project consists of a set of 4 small, very modern homes situated on the banks of the Columbia River just south of Lake Chelan.

This secluded area has unobstructed views and access to the river while being nestled in the hillsides to the west and shaded by nearby orchards. The design intent of these homes is to create a surprising oasis in an otherwise undeveloped area of the shoreline.
