Design Schematic and Feasibility Study looking into how CDRPA could adapt S. Columbia Street in downtown Wenatchee to activate it for public uses such as restaurants, retail, mixed use, office space, hospitality and commercial spaces. The intent is to sell the buildings so that a variety of businesses and services can reinvent the way Columbia Street relates to the downtown Wenatchee area.
