Modern style, Single Family Home constructed using five reclaimed metal shipping containers.  The dwelling is approximately 1600 square feet of finished living space with a guest room, full bath, mudroom and recreational space inside the containers flanking the two car garage on the ground floor.  The second story utilizes two more containers to create a kitchen and living space along with a master bedroom with its own bathroom.  The tops of the containers below are used to create two separate deck spaces - one to be used from the main living room and the other as a private outdoor space for the master bedroom.  The client the loved the look of the containers themselves and chose to leave the metal exposed as the final exterior finish for this unique PNW home.
